- How does paying to talk work?
- Two ways, both in credits. Pick a monthly plan — Simple (€15) or Extended (€30) — and your wallet is refilled with credits every month; or top up one-off any time. You spend credits only when you talk, at each expert’s own per-minute price, and every twin gives you a few free minutes to start.
- How long do my credits last?
- It depends on the expert — each one sets their own per-minute price, and your credits are spent at that rate. So the same credits last longer with some experts than others. On a specific twin you always see how many minutes your credits buy before you talk. An expert can change their price later, but the credits you already bought keep their value. Minutes count the same whether you type or talk.
- Do my credits expire, and what happens if I cancel?
- Credits never expire. If you cancel a monthly plan you simply stop getting the monthly top-up — any credits already in your wallet stay there and keep working, with no "use it or lose it" deadline. You can come back any time and spend them.
- Could I ever be charged more than I expect?
- No. You only ever spend credits you have already bought — there is no per-minute overage and no surprise bill. When your balance runs low you choose whether to top up or stop, and a monthly plan only ever charges its fixed price. You are always in control of what you spend.
- Is every twin really AI?
- Yes. Every twin is clearly labelled as an AI digital twin of the expert — never the real person, and never claimed to be indistinguishable. It answers from the expert’s own material, within the scope they set, and it can make mistakes.
- How do experts get paid?
- An expert can charge above the platform base rate and keep the difference. Earnings are settled to their account through our payments provider — we never hold or pay out the money ourselves.
- Do experts need a plan to go live?
- No. A twin goes live as soon as the expert has given recorded, verified consent. A paid seat adds a sponsored-minute allowance, embedding, analytics, and the certified-fidelity badge — it never gates publishing.
