Why do consultants run out of hours?

Consultants run out of hours because consulting usually runs on booked time: you sell hours, and the calendar fills up. Meanwhile the same early questions keep arriving, from people who aren't clients yet and from clients between sessions. Most of them come down to how your method works and where to start.

An AI twin for consulting answers client questions from your own material: the frameworks you teach, your articles, recorded talks and webinars, workshop notes, and explanations you've written for clients, with their details taken out. Think of it as an AI version of yourself for clients. It also follows the decision rules you approved. When a question falls outside what you've covered, it says so instead of making something up.

Can you scale your consulting with AI without adding hours?

Yes. Your calendar holds one call at a time, while a twin handles hundreds of conversations at once, day or night, each in the visitor's own language. A client who writes in German gets an answer in German, even if your notes are in English.

Which questions does it take off your plate?

The repeat questions your material already answers, such as these:

• First-line questions from prospects who want to know how you work before they book.
• Preliminary questions a client should have answered before a kickoff call, like what to prepare.
• "Where do we start?" questions your framework already answers.
• Follow-up questions between sessions, when a client wants to check how a step in your method works.
• The questions people feel awkward asking a senior advisor out loud, such as whether they've misread something basic.

It won't run your workshops, and it only knows your general material, so the client work you're paid for stays with you. Keep confidential client details out of your material: anything in it can come up for any visitor.

How does a twin keep your name safe?

It's labelled as AI, it answers only from your material and the rules you approved, and you can switch it off at any time.

Every twin page carries an AI label that visitors can't dismiss, and the version on your own site says it's an AI twin too. Ask the twin and it says so plainly. It shares what's in your material as general information, not regulated advice. For anything that needs a professional's judgement, it points the person to you or another qualified professional.

Your consent to the use of your likeness, voice and name is recorded and stored before the twin can go live, and Stripe checks your identity when you connect payouts. We draft decision rules from your material and you approve them. Only approved rules shape how the live twin answers.

You can suspend the twin at any time, and its page goes offline until you switch it back on. Withdraw consent and we delete your cloned face and voice at our providers as well as in our database. You can delete a twin or your whole account from your dashboard, and visitors can delete their own data and account too. Visitors pay on Stripe's own checkout page and get a Stripe invoice for every top-up.

How can you check its accuracy?

You measure it with a fidelity test scored out of 100. You write test questions a client might ask and answer them yourself. The twin answers the same questions without seeing your answers, and a separate AI judge scores how closely it matches. That measured fidelity score shows on your twin's page once you've run it, and you can re-run it from your dashboard after you add material.

The score tells you how closely the twin's answers match yours. Whether your own answers are right is still your call.

What does an AI clone for consultants cost, and what do you keep?

Building one is free. You set your own price per minute and keep 80% of whatever you charge above a platform base of €0.50 a minute. You don't need a subscription, so a quiet month costs you nothing. The amount above the base is the markup, and our 20% commission applies to the markup only, never to the base.

Visitors are billed only while talking. A text question costs a quarter of a minute. A live avatar session is billed per started minute, with a one-minute minimum.

Worked example: say you bill €300 an hour

Say you charge clients €300 an hour for your own time. That's €5.00 a minute. For this example you set your twin at €2.00 a minute, well under your own rate.

• Price per minute: €2.00. Platform base: €0.50. Markup: €1.50.
• Our commission is 20% of the markup, which is €0.30.
• You keep €1.20 per paid minute.
• An hour of paid twin time costs the client €120, and you keep €72.
• A text question costs the client €0.50, and you keep €0.30.
• At this price, 84 paid minutes reach the €100 payout threshold.

Set the price at €3.00 a minute instead and you keep €2.00 per paid minute, or €120 per hour of twin time.

All of this is arithmetic from the inputs above. What you actually earn depends on how many people talk to your twin, and nobody can promise you that. Who pays for the free taster?

You do, from your own credits at the base rate, and you decide what a first-time visitor gets: a number of free minutes and a number of free questions, per twin. When either runs out, the free part ends. With the default of 3 free minutes, a visitor who uses them all costs you about €1.50. Setting either cap to zero switches the free taster off.

How are you paid?

Through Stripe, monthly, once your earnings pass €100. We cover the Stripe payout fees. Optional paid seats add extras such as an allowance of sponsored minutes and analytics. They're on the pricing page, and you don't need one to go live.

How do you set up a consulting twin?

You create the twin, add a photo, a voice clip and your material, then publish once your consent is recorded and Stripe has checked your identity. Step by step:

1. Create your twin. Sign up as an expert and give your twin a name. It starts as a draft.
2. Add a photo and a voice clip. Upload one face photo and a voice clip of one to five minutes, and tick the consent box. The voice is ready straight away. The face can take hours to generate.
3. Add your material. Documents (.docx), plain text files (.txt), spreadsheet exports (.csv), audio and video files, pasted text or a video link all work. Audio and video are transcribed for you. Have your frameworks as a PDF? Paste the text in. The same goes for articles on your website.
4. Rebuild. We draft your persona and decision rules from everything you've added. You compare the draft with the live version and publish it when it reads like you.
5. Test it (optional). Add test questions with your own answers and measure fidelity.
6. Grant consent for your likeness, voice and name. It's recorded and stored.
7. Connect payouts with Stripe. This is the identity check. Your dashboard puts it at about five minutes.
8. Publish.

Can clients talk to your twin on your own website?

Yes. You can put it on your own website with one script tag or an iframe, and list the domains allowed to show it. It also gets its own page on AIMayDo. Clients who know you then meet the twin where they already look for you.

Once a visitor has used up their free time and credits, the twin shows them the option to buy more credits. Alongside that you can show one link to a page of yours, such as a course you sell or your booking page, with a short line of your own text above it. The button label is fixed and reads "Open the course". Visitors whose browser is in Greek see a standard Greek line in place of yours, and a Greek label.

If you'd rather stay out of the public experts directory, switch the listing off. Your twin then works on its own page and on your site.

Can psychotherapists, coaches and other professionals use it?

Yes. The platform is for everyone: psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches, doctors and teachers can use the same setup as consultants, and each professional decides for themselves whether it fits their work. The twin shares what they've published as general information. It doesn't provide therapy, diagnosis or treatment, and every twin page shows a crisis notice with local helplines.
